FGB6-180-1大型厚料機(jī)，采用單直機(jī)針、擺梭勾張、上下復(fù)合送料，設(shè)有回縫裝置，操作簡(jiǎn)便。構(gòu)成雙線鎖式線跡。由于本機(jī)器采用特殊的上送料機(jī)構(gòu)和壓腳交叉提升機(jī)構(gòu),它除具有一般工業(yè)縫紉機(jī)的各項(xiàng)性能之外,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是對(duì)膨體類縫料和潛移性較大的中厚料,在縫紉過程中能使上層和下層送料量達(dá)到一致,在高低重疊縫紉和爬坡縫紉時(shí),送料爽、針距穩(wěn)定、線跡平整而美觀、縫厚料性能好、操作省力等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，同時(shí)還可以按縫紉工藝的特殊要求進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，以便上層縫料的送料量和下層縫料的送料量之差達(dá)到預(yù)期要求,所以能明顯地提高縫紉質(zhì)量和縫紉效果.
Brief Introduction of product
FGB6-180-1 large sewing machine for thick material adopts single straight needle, oscillating shuttle thread hooking mechanism. upper and lower combined feeding and back sewing unit. It is easy to operate. It forms 2-thread lock stitch. This machine adopts special upper feeding mechanism and presser cross lifting mechanism, besides the various properties same with other general industrial sewing machine, it has advan-tages of same feeding size of upper layer and lower layer when sewing bulked sewing material and medium and thick material with bigger potential moving property; easy to feeding when make high and low over-lap sewing and climbing sewing. It has steady stitch size, smooth and beautiful stitch. It is easy to operate and has steady property when sewing hick material. At the same time, it could be regulated according to special re-quirement of sewing technology, so the difference of feeding size between upper layer and lower layer could achieve the desired requirement, the sewing quality and result could be improved clearly.
